Price
The custom design service costs 1000 €.
This amount is fully deducted from the price of the house if you decide to order a house in our production.

If the structure you have chosen requires a building permit according to the STR requirements, then the architectural part of the project is prepared by a certified architect – a partner of your choice or one recommended by us. The architect's services are priced separately.
